Effective 18 October 2026. This statement explains the scope of the cleaning enquiries information presented by TRINITY CARE CLEANING, LLC. It should be read with the Terms, not as a replacement for an agreement about your own request.
General information and a specific engagement
Cleaning descriptions explain ordinary task categories. They do not promise disinfection, removal of every stain, restoration of damaged materials or elimination of health risks. Biohazards, mold remediation, asbestos, pest treatment and other specialist hazards require the appropriate specialist assessment and authorization.
Before a cleaning visit, agree the areas and tasks, products or material sensitivities, access arrangements, price, timing and how to raise a concern. Additional tasks need agreement. A message prepared on this website is not a confirmed visit.
Safety and specialist decisions
Tell the company about delicate surfaces and relevant product restrictions before work is agreed. Keep hazardous substances and unsafe areas outside ordinary cleaning instructions. A general website description is not medical or environmental safety advice.
Descriptions are not evidence of a professional license, certification, insurance policy, regulatory endorsement or particular staff qualification. Where an activity needs authorization, it must be established for the specific person and work before an engagement. No unverified qualification should be inferred from a company name or photograph.
Photographs, examples and availability
Stock and other illustrative photography is used to explain the subject or atmosphere of the website. It does not document the company’s staff, premises, customers, inventory, completed work or an endorsed testimonial. A pictured person has not been identified as a customer or employee. Discuss the actual areas, surfaces, products, access and visit terms before making a decision.
Examples of a possible approach are not a promise that the same result, price or timetable is available for every person. Screen colors, supplied information, third-party availability and the circumstances of the request can affect what is appropriate. Obtain a current written confirmation for any point material to your decision.
Messages, privacy and sensitive information
The website prepares a message in the browser for your review. Copying, downloading or opening your email application does not confirm company receipt or create a booking. You control whether to send a separate email and should check the recipient and contents first. The Privacy Policy distinguishes the page’s page memory from later email correspondence.
Describe the property type, approximate size and the cleaning work to discuss. Do not include door or alarm codes, key locations, payment credentials or detailed information about occupants. Arrange any necessary access information separately.
Limits of this statement and how to contact us
This statement does not excuse inaccurate claims, remove a contractual promise or override a remedy that applicable law preserves. It does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
